The T6-generation Ranger (2011-2022 in EU production) diverged sharply in Russian-market timing from its EU run: Russian-language press confirms Ford stopped selling the Ranger in Russia in 2015, so the real RU-market window is roughly 2011-2015, not the full EU production run through 2022 — the 2015-facelift and 2019 EcoBlue-onward updates were never sold new in Russia.

Its 2.2 Duratorq TDCi diesel is named in a real UK DVSA recall for a fuel-injector internal-valve defect causing reduced fuel pressure and engine shutdown, so a VIN recall check is the relevant route; the 3.2 Duratorq TDCi I5 flagship needs its own service-history check.

Assessing an individual example means confirming build date and engine from the documents and VIN before trusting any RU-market claim past 2015 or applying either check.
