Insufficiently welded rear head-restraint bracket
Certain 2023–2024 Toyota Camry and Camry Hybrid vehicles: the second-row center and right-side seat head restraint brackets may be insufficiently welded, failing FMVSS No. 202 and potentially failing to properly restrain an occupant in a crash.
Official remedy: Dealers replace the rear seat-back frame sub-assembly free of charge.
