  • ABS module (HECU) short-circuit — fire risk

    Nearly 100,000 Hyundai vehicles in Russia (including Solaris, Santa Fe, Grandeur, Genesis Coupe, Grand Santa Fe, Veloster, i40, sold 2010–2015) recalled over a possible short circuit in the ABS module (HECU) that raises the risk of an engine-compartment fire.

    Official remedy: Dealers replace the multi-fuse free of charge after contacting affected owners.
