This Privacy Policy describes how REVIXIA collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our vehicle history and AI diagnostic service.

What we collect

We collect: your email address (for account creation and login); vehicle information you enter (make, model, year, VIN, mileage); diagnostic data including symptoms, OBD codes, and uploaded photos or documents; AI-generated reports and refinements; repair records and cost entries you add manually; your email address when you join the Premium Early Access waitlist; usage metadata (LLM token counts, latency, error types — no raw prompts).

How we use it

Your data is used to: provide the vehicle history and AI second-opinion service; generate diagnostic reports via the OpenAI API (see Section 3); improve reliability and resolve issues. We do not sell your data or share it with repair workshops.

AI processing (OpenAI)

When you request an AI diagnostic report or second opinion, your symptoms, OBD codes, and uploaded photos are sent to OpenAI (USA) for processing. OpenAI processes this data under their API data usage policy — API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI models by default. We send only the minimum data needed to generate the report.

Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can download all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data (export), correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data, and object to processing. Contact: privacy@revixia.app
