REVIXIA uses AI to give you an independent second opinion on your car's symptoms — not a repair order.

You provide context

You describe symptoms, upload OBD scan results, or attach photos. This raw data stays in your account.

We send a structured prompt

When you request an analysis, we assemble a prompt containing your vehicle info, symptoms, OBD codes, and photos. This prompt is sent to OpenAI's GPT-4o model over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

OpenAI generates the analysis

OpenAI processes the prompt and returns a structured JSON response. Your data is processed under OpenAI's API terms — it is not used to train OpenAI models by default.

We validate and display the result

We validate the JSON response against our schema, store the result in your account, and display it to you. We log only usage metadata (token counts, latency) — never the raw prompt or response text.

Limitations

AI analysis is a second opinion tool. It can miss rare conditions, misinterpret ambiguous symptoms, or be wrong. Always verify with a qualified mechanic. Never use AI output as the sole basis for a safety-critical decision.
