The Caddy Typ 2K catalogue runs EA111/EA211 petrol (1.6 MPI, 1.2 and 1.4 TSI, late 1.0 TSI) alongside a diesel line evolving from EA188 PD (1.9/2.0 TDI) through EA189 common-rail (1.6/2.0 TDI) to EA288 2.0 TDI. All automatics are DSG (DQ200 dry, DQ250 wet) — the Caddy never used a torque-converter Tiptronic gearbox, and the base 1.6 MPI was manual-only. 4MOTION was a Central-European niche on the larger diesels, not a Russian catalogue trim.
