Overview
Community orientation

The W203 C-Class shares every one of its spine engines with generations already in the graph: the M271 supercharged four-cylinder petrol, the M112 V6 (C 240, C 320) and — from the 2004 facelift — the M272 V6 (C 230, C 280, C 350), plus the OM646 four-cylinder and OM642 V6 diesels. It therefore adds no new occurrence patterns of its own; the M112, M271, M272, OM646 and OM642 patterns resolve onto this generation's configurations at the engine level. See the per-configuration breakdown for which patterns apply to which build window. Community orientation only, not a reliability rating or a purchase recommendation.

Filtered: M271 · 1.8L petrol (M271).
