Local preview — inspection orientation

The current-generation Transit (2014-present, chassis V363) is the first genuinely global Transit; Ford Sollers restructured its Elabuga joint venture in 2019 to focus exclusively on Transit and its derivatives for the Russian market, a line that ran through Ford's 2022 exit from Russia.

No independently sourced engine-scoped diagnostic evidence has been confirmed yet for either the original 2.2 Duratorq TDCi or the 2.0 EcoBlue that replaced it, but this generation carries a real UK DVSA recall naming it specifically, for a Run-On-Water-Pump overheating defect.

Assessing an individual example means checking this exact van's recall status by VIN for that campaign and relying on its own documented service history for anything engine-specific.

Filtered: DURATORQ-TDCI-2.2 · 2.2 Duratorq TDCi.
