Community orientation
The Audi A8 D4 (2010–2017) is the full-size flagship saloon, offered in standard and long-wheelbase (A8 L) form with quattro all-wheel drive and the 8-speed Tiptronic. Its engines are the supercharged 3.0 TFSI V6, the 4.2 FSI V8 petrol, the 3.0 TDI V6 diesel, and the 6.0 W12 range-topper (catalogue-only). This generation authors no problems of its own: each engine's community-orientation patterns are modelled on the corpus that owns that engine and resolve onto these applications through the shared engine graph.
